Lily and I took a minute to look at the geese this morning. It was pretty warm yesterday (60s) and so there was a partial thaw. I think the geese were egging each other on; "You go first!"
When you were little I used to make you go first ... by pushing you in to the pool at Willamette Lane. You then tried to get me wet - yeah, that worked.

I'd be staying somewhere around the middle of the ice...
I think that view from the nice warm car is just right!
How close is this to your house--or were you in the car?
It still irks me that you can get that nice a picture with your phone...
This is the pond right outside of the Rec Center. When we first came out on the area tour we saw the pond with a "croc" frozen in the middle of it.
